Global Refugee Crisis – by the numbers

There are 19.5 million refugees globally

全球目前有1億9千5百萬名難民

·       14.4 million under the mandate of the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) and 5.1 million Palestinian refugees under the mandate of UNRWA.

·       1400萬名難民登記在聯合國難民署（UNHCR）下，510萬人登記在聯合國近東巴勒斯坦難民救濟和工程處（UNRWA）下。

Resettlement

·       In June 2015, UNHCR estimated that almost 1,153,300 refugees need resettlement globally. This was a 22% increase from the previous year and a 67% from two years earlier.

·       In 2014, only 27 countries offered resettlement places.
